Neuro-Frequency Training

The idea of Neuro-Frequency Trainings

I place great trust in the frequency and biofeedback devices of the small family-owned company Eggetsberger in Vienna, who personally trained me on the use of these devices. Their origin lies in stress and performance research, developed by Gerhard Eggetsberger, a biochemist and psychologist who conducts research with hypnosis. The original goal was to make mental states measurable for the first time and to be able to train them.

It became evident that our nervous system is the key to sustainable change: only when the body moves from tension into a calm and stable state can thinking, emotions, and behavior reorganize in a lasting way. Today, these technologies are used as supportive tools to help achieve exactly this state more easily and to deepen inner transformation processes.

During training, the brain is provided with targeted rhythmic impulses in the alpha and theta range through the frequency devices. The brain has a natural ability to synchronize with external rhythms (“entrainment”). When it absorbs these slow, steady frequencies, its own activity begins to align with them, making it easier to shift from a tense stress mode (often driven by fear) into a calm, regenerative state.

Alpha and theta waves promote deep relaxation, a sense of inner safety, and increased receptivity. In this state, the nervous system calms down, stress responses decrease, and especially the brain’s fear and alarm centers become less reactive. Through repeated experiences of this state, the brain gradually learns to access calmness more quickly on its own.

As a result, not only is a sense of peace experienced during the training sessions, but also a more stable, clear, and less fear-driven response becomes possible in everyday life.

Bioelectrical signals naturally flow through your body at all times!

Process of a training session

  • Measurement of frontal brain activity — provides insight into brain type or brain dominance and therefore into certain behaviors, coping styles, tendencies, brain function, needs, and preferred solution approaches

  • Measurement of amygdala activity (fear center in the brain) — shows how strongly fear processes are currently dominating

  • Measurement of nervous system activity — skin conductance indicates the current stress level, revealing how quickly someone enters stress, how well they can regulate back down, whether relaxation is actually achieved, and whether a method is effective = stress and regulation thermometer of the nervous system

  • Measurement of cellular activity — shows the energy reserves of the cells; when cellular energy levels are low, all bodily functions lack the necessary power — including the brain for positive change

  • After the measurements, neural training and cellular recharging follow:

  • Cell activator: generates energetic microcurrents modeled after the body’s own bioelectrical energy flows, thereby increasing energy flow and giving the body the strength from within the cells to achieve the training goal; since glands and circulation are also activated, regeneration mechanisms are stimulated, fat metabolism is supported, and the aging process may be slowed — a pleasant side effect

  • Brain-heart stimulation: through deep alpha and theta waves, the brain — including the fear center — is stimulated in such a way that a state of inner calm and mental clarity is created; truly meditative states can be reached. This helps calm the nervous system, reduce stress, strengthen the immune system, improve sleep quality, and promote emotional balance. The heart is also stimulated, and when heart, breathing, and brain resonate harmoniously (brain-heart coherence), body and mind work in alignment — supporting greater resilience, health, well-being, and the ability to make more conscious decisions from one’s true self — self-determination.

Benefits of application

Possible effects of training sessions with biofeedback frequency devices

The nervous system learns to shift more quickly from a stress state into relaxation (improved regulatory capacity)

Reduction of inner tension and constant alertness (“inner restlessness” becomes calmer) — the fear center (amygdala) becomes more balanced

Improved self-awareness: thoughts, emotions, and bodily reactions are perceived more consciously

Old emotional reaction patterns can be released more easily and newly integrated

Promotion of alpha and theta states in the brain — access to the subconscious is facilitated

More stable concentration, clearer thinking, and greater mental presence in everyday life

Supports the processing of emotional stress, fears, and overwhelm

Development of inner calm, composure, and a stronger sense of self-control, self-confidence, and the ability to stand up for oneself

Long-term:
Through repetition, the brain “trains” new regulation — similar to a muscle. The body remembers the state of calm and safety and becomes increasingly able to restore it independently.

Collaboration of frequency devices & hypnosis

I also use these modern biofeedback frequency devices, based on many years of research in the field of neuro- and mental training, within my hypnosis work — which has proven to be highly beneficial for my clients. This technology makes inner states visible for the first time and supports the nervous system in more easily entering a calm and receptive state.

Our brain functions electrically and reacts very sensitively to stress, inner tension, and old protective patterns. Often, we want to change something, yet our nervous system unconsciously remains in an alert or control mode. This is exactly where the devices come in: through gentle impulses and feedback, they help the body regulate tension and move into a state of deep relaxation and inner stability.

In this state, change becomes significantly easier. The subconscious becomes more accessible, and inner processes can be perceived more clearly and reorganized. The devices themselves do not “create” change — they simply support the brain’s natural ability for self-regulation.

The combination of hypnosis and neurostimulation has proven to be particularly effective. While hypnosis opens access to deeper levels of experience, frequency support helps the nervous system reach and maintain this state more steadily. Many clients therefore experience the process as gentler, more effortless, and more sustainable.

The application is non-invasive and supports relaxation, self-awareness, and inner reorganization — so that change does not have to be forced, but can arise naturally from a state of inner calm.

For whom is biofeedback training particularly suitable?

  • People experiencing inner restlessness, tension, or constant “overthinking”

  • Those under stress, feeling overwhelmed, or at risk of exhaustion (burnout tendencies)

  • Individuals with anxiety, nervousness, depressive symptoms, or sleep disturbances

  • In cases of emotional strain, separation experiences, or stuck relationship patterns

  • Highly sensitive individuals who perceive stimuli more intensely and become overstimulated more quickly

  • People with concentration difficulties or mental fog

  • Those who want to step into their power and self-determination for greater freedom

  • To support inner processing of old stress or protective patterns (trauma)

  • For anyone who finds meditation difficult but wishes to access relaxation and the subconscious more easily

  • Since the training activates the thyroid and other glands, it also offers rejuvenating and health-supporting benefits at the cellular level
